From DN1 we climb the edge of Piatra Crinului to the peak of the same name and then, to the left, through rich vegetation, we cross three clearings and climb through the forest to the saddle below Postăvaru peak. We follow the markings on the ridges, towards the Kanzel cable car and Gondola stations, to the Postăvaru/Julius Romer Hut. We go down the serpentines and then, to the right, towards the Ruia glade, we pass over the artificial lake, go down after it and turn right towards Muchia Crucurului, on which we go down to above the Zoological garden in Brașov. We continue over three small hills and reach a mining road, turn left on the road and, at the first sharp curve to the left, turn right and reach a mining road to Cireșului street and then to the exit bridge from Brașov towards Săcele city.
